Kanna Plant of South Africa Used gives "Natural High"

I've never heard of this strange but beautiful plant, but apparently the Hottentots and San of South Africa have been using it for hundreds of years for elevating mood, relieving hunger and reducing stress.  Recently they were approved to sell it over the counter worldwide (although I've seen it for sale already on a bunch of herbal medicine and botanical sites around the web). Sounds good.  Let me know if anyone's tried it out there.
